In 1998, Bill White became President of Joyner Fine Properties, a full service real estate company numbering over 180 agents with residential, commercial, farm & estate, and property management divisions with five locations. Joyner Fine Properties is locally owned with national, international, and regional marketing network affiliations such as Leading Real Estate Companies of the World^®. Bill currently serves as Principal Broker and Executive Vice President of Joyner Fine Properties, now under the ownership of Virginia Credit Union.

Prior to Bill's association with Joyner Fine Properties, he was associated with ITT Community Development Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of ITT Corporation. He held the position of Vice President with specific responsibilities for residential sales and property management, which had volumes of 30 million dollars in sales and a management portfolio of up to 8,000 condominium units.

During his multi-decade career in real estate Bill has been involved in most aspects of commercial and residential sales and development. He holds several designations from the National Association of REALTORS^®, is a past President of Richmond Association of REALTORS^® and was awarded the Virginia Association of REALTORS^® Salesman of the Year Award in 1983 and the Richmond Association of REALTORS^® REALTOR^® of the Year Award in 2007. He continues to be active in the Richmond Association of REALTORS^® as well as the Virginia Association of REALTORS^®.
